Running is not only measured by distance. It is also about pushing past limits, both physically and mentally.
On Saturday, 20 June 2026, Fearlessness Running Club hosted Circuit & Running at Thephasadin Stadium from 6.00 AM to 8.00 AM. The session was designed to combine running with circuit training, challenging participants' strength, endurance, body control, and mindset.
The morning started with a Warm Up Run at 6.00 AM to prepare the body before the main session. Participants ran one loop around the park, divided into two pace groups so everyone could warm up at the right rhythm and get ready to move.
At 6.30 AM, the group moved into the main Circuit Training Session. This session included three stations, with each exercise followed by a 400-meter run. The format was designed to keep the body working continuously through strength, cardio, breathing control, and endurance.
Station #1: Burpee x20 + Run 400m
The first station started with burpees, a full-body movement that activates strength, power, agility, and breathing control. It was followed by a 400-meter run to help the body shift from explosive effort into continuous movement.
Station #2: Jump Squat x20 + Run 400m
The second station focused on jump squats to build lower-body power and strength. After that, participants continued with another 400-meter run, testing their endurance and ability to maintain rhythm as fatigue started to build.
Station #3: Walking Lunge x20 + Run 400m
The final station featured walking lunges to strengthen the legs, hips, and core stability. The session continued with another 400-meter run, challenging participants to keep moving efficiently even when the body was pushed close to its limit.
After completing all three stations, participants returned to the first station and repeated the circuit for a total of three sets. This was not only a physical challenge, but also a test of focus, discipline, and the determination to finish every set.
At 7.30 AM, the main session ended and moved into Cool Down. Participants ran an easy 2 kilometers to gradually lower the intensity, followed by Stretching Recovery to release muscle tension and support better recovery after training.
The morning ended with a Mini Talk @ Cafe at 8.00 AM, where everyone had time to connect, share their experience, and carry forward the energy from the session.
This was more than just a morning workout. It was another step in training the mind to become stronger. Because sometimes, what we need to overcome is not the distance or the time, but the fear within ourselves.
