OREGON CIRCUIT

by Seuxphen Running Team x Fearlessness Running Club

Training is not only about running. It is about combining strength, endurance, and focus through every movement.

On Saturday, July 11, Seuxphen Running Team and Fearlessness Running Club hosted the Oregon Circuit session at Thephasadin Stadium from 6.00 AM to 8.00 AM. The session was designed to challenge participants’ physical strength, cardiovascular endurance, and breathing control throughout the workout.

The morning began at 6.00 AM with a meeting point gathering to prepare everyone for the session. At 6.30 AM, participants moved into the Warm-Up Session, starting with dynamic stretching to activate the body, improve mobility, and prepare the muscles for training. This was followed by a 10-minute easy jog to gradually raise the heart rate, before taking a short break ahead of the main session.

At 7.00 AM, the Oregon Circuit Session began. This workout combined 1-minute circuit training with 400-meter runs, covering a total of 10 movements: Push Up, Sit Up, Jump Squat, Plank, Side Plank on both left and right sides, Bicycle Crunch, Jump Lunge, Shoulder Taps, and Burpee.

Before starting the workout, participants received a briefing and movement demonstration to understand the correct form for each exercise. The circuit then began, requiring strength, endurance, and body control throughout the session. Each movement was designed to activate different muscle groups, while the 400-meter runs challenged participants to maintain rhythm and recover while moving under fatigue.

At 8.00 AM, the main session ended with a Cooldown through static stretching to release muscle tension, reduce tightness, and support recovery after the intense workout.

This activity was more than just a morning workout. It was a session that trained the body and mind to work together. In every minute of the circuit and every meter of the run, the challenge was not only about overcoming fatigue, but also pushing beyond the limits we once set for ourselves.
